You are investing in a high-performance tool, built to last. This plan is an extension of our initial 5-year warranty. It exists to ensure your light continues to perform as intended, protecting your investment from unexpected manufacturing faults.

Here is how it works.

Our commitment
Should your light develop a fault in its materials or workmanship under normal domestic use, our promise is simple and direct. We will repair the product. Our engineers will restore your light to its original performance specifications.

If a repair is not feasible, we will replace it. You will receive an identical model or, if unavailable, the nearest equivalent.

What is not covered
This plan is engineered to protect against manufacturing faults. To maintain its integrity, it does not cover:

Accidental damage.
Misuse or operation contrary to the user manual.
Normal cosmetic wear to finishes.
Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, legacy bulbs).
Use in commercial environments.
Repairs or modifications by unauthorised third parties.

Other information
This is a direct service plan provided by Serious Brands Ltd. It is not a contract of insurance and is not administered by a third party.

For online or phone purchases, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund.

For any plan over one year, you may cancel within 45 days for a full refund, provided no claim has been made.

After that, you can still cancel at any time for a pro-rata refund of any full, unused months.

Making a claim does not terminate your cover. Your protection remains active until the plan's end date.
