Terms of the Extended Warranty

Up to 5 year warranty extension

This extends the original 5-year High Definition Light warranty and follows the same terms. For a detailed explanation of coverage and exclusions, please read the full Serious Readers 5-Year Warranty Terms and Condition.

In brief, it covers faults in materials or workmanship that occur under normal domestic use. If a fault develops, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with an identical or nearest equivalent model.

Exclusions

This is not an insurance policy for damage. It does not cover:

Accidental damage (drops, spills).
Misuse or operation contrary to the manual.
Normal wear and tear to finishes.
Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, legacy bulbs).
For issues outside these terms, we can provide a quote for a chargeable repair.

Statutory Rights

This optional guarantee exists alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.
