How the Warranty Works

We come from a culture of disposable goods. We believe that is a false economy. A serious tool should be built to last a lifetime.

That’s why our High Definition Lights are designed to be serviceable, with modular, replaceable light engines. Our warranty is a reflection of our principles. We build things properly, and we stand behind them.

The 5-year HD warranty

If your HD Pro or HD Essential develops a fault within five years, the process is simple. Call or email our UK team. We arrange a courier to collect the light from your door.

Our engineers diagnose and fix the issue in our Aylesbury workshop. We return it to you. The whole thing is covered - parts, labour, shipping. You pay nothing.

The 1-year warranty

Compact, Roam and other lights are built to the same standards for their purpose and are guaranteed for one year.
