  1) Call or email our UK team
  2) We will arrange the return. For High Definition lights, we book a courier. For other models, we provide a pre-paid returns label. All return costs are covered by us (UK mainland only).
  3) Receive a full refund. Once the light is back with us, we issue your refund.
