  It comes down to how the light performs for your eyes, in your favourite chair, with the book or task in front of you. The HD Original and HD Pro get 90 days because it takes time for your eyes to fully adapt to a new quality of light.

  The HD Essential gets 30. Either way, the trial exists so you can prove the engineering to yourself. If it does not make a tangible difference, you get every penny back.

  A simple return process

  If you decide the light is not for you within the trial period, the process is straightforward.

  1) Call or email our UK team.
  2) We arrange the return. For HD Original, HD Pro and HD Essential lights, we book a courier to collect from your door. For Compact, Roam and other lights, we send a prepaid returns label. Box it up and drop it at your local Post Office.
  3) Full refund. Once the light is back with us, we process your refund.
