Our High Pro and HD Essential Lights are guaranteed for five years. All other lights and accessories are guaranteed for one year.

The 5-year High Definition warranty
This is our commitment to you. In the unlikely event that your HD Light develops a manufacturing fault within five years, the process is simple.
Contact our UK team, and we will take care of everything: we will arrange a collection, our engineers will resolve the issue, and we will return the light to you. All at our cost. There are no hidden clauses or complications.

The 1-year warranty
Our other lights, such as the ROAM and Compact, are built to the same high standards for their purpose and are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for one year.
The process is the same: if an issue arises, contact our team in Aylesbury, and we will guide you through a straightforward return and repair.
