Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Promoter: The promoter is Serious Brands Ltd.
Eligibility Criteria: This giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to entrants who are (i) aged 18 years or over; (ii) not employees of Serious Brands Ltd. Entry Mechanic: Entrants will be offered the opportunity to enter the Giveaway by entering their details on a designated landing page. The prize winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries received before the Closing Date and this entrant will be contacted via email. Only one entry per person is permitted. Anyone found using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified. The giveaway commences at 6:00am on 1st July 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on the 31st of August 2024. This giveaway is restricted to UK residents only.
Terms of Participation: Entrants are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Giveaway.

- RRP: £99.99
Selection of Prize Winner: The prize winner will be chosen at random. The selection will take place after the Closing Date, and the winner will be notified via email on or before the 16th of September 2024. The prize winner must be over 18 years of age.
Miscellaneous: The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway or the terms and conditions of the Giveaway with no liability to any entrant, prize winner, or any third party. The Promoters also reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Entrants may be presented with the opportunity to opt-in to receive marketing communications during the entry process. Opting in is not a requirement for entry into the Giveaway. Please refer to the glossary below for definitions of terms used throughout these terms and conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by UK Law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway shall be dealt with exclusively by UK Courts.
Data Protection: Serious Brands Ltd values your privacy. We will process the personal data (including your name and contact details) you provide in connection with the Giveaway as needed to administer the Giveaway, in accordance with the terms set out herein. Please consult our Privacy Statement for more information on how we process your data and how you might access and amend the personal data we hold about you. Definitions:
"We" or "Us": refers to the Promoters. "You", "Your" or "Entrant": refers to a person who participates in the Giveaway under these terms and conditions. "Prize Winner": refers to a person who wins a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
