Cookies

We use cookies to keep the website working properly, to understand how it is being used, and to show relevant advertising. This page explains what they are, what we use them for, and how you stay in control.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit a website. They let the site remember things between pages, such as what is in your basket or whether you have visited before.

Your choice comes first

When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you are happy for us to use. Until you choose, we only set the cookies the site needs to work. If you decline, the site still works normally, and we do not set analytics or advertising cookies.

The cookies we use

Necessary. These make the site work: your basket, the checkout, security, and remembering the choice you made on the banner. They are always on.

Preferences. These remember settings you have chosen so you do not have to choose them again.

Statistics. With your consent, these help us understand how the website is used, which pages people read, and where the site could work better. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and VWO for this.

Marketing. With your consent, these help us show relevant advertising and measure whether our advertising works. We share this data with Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft and OpenAI. You can read how they handle it in Google's Privacy Policy, Meta's Privacy Policy, Microsoft's Privacy Statement and OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

Some services we use to run the site set their own cookies so they can work: Klarna for payments, Freshchat for our live chat, Feefo and Elfsight for customer reviews, YouTube and Vimeo for videos, and Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare for security and spam protection.

We do not sell the information collected by cookies, and we do not disclose it to anyone beyond the services named above, except where required by law.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Click here to reopen your cookie settings and choose again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the necessary ones may stop parts of the site working.

For more on how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
