The Promoter: The promoter is Serious Brands Ltd in partnership with Alex Judge Sews (the "Promoters").

Eligibility Criteria: This giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to entrants who are (i) aged 18 years or over; (ii) not employees of Serious Brands Ltd; (iii) not affiliated with Alex Judge Sews. Entry Mechanic: Entrants will be offered the opportunity to enter the Giveaway by entering their details on a designated landing page. The prize winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries received before the Closing Date and this entrant will be contacted via email. Only one entry per person is permitted. Anyone found using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified. The giveaway commences at 6:00am on 7th of September 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on the 30th of September 2023. This giveaway is not location restricted.

Terms of Participation: Entrants are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Giveaway.

Selection of Prize Winner: The prize winner will be chosen at random. The selection will take place after the Closing Date, and the winner will be notified via email on or before the 14th of October 2023. The prize winner must be over 18 years of age.

Miscellaneous: The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway or the terms and conditions of the Giveaway with no liability to any entrant, prize winner, or any third party. The Promoters also reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
