To return an Alex or Elliot Light (UK mainland, excl. Northern Ireland), call us on 0800 0281890 (Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm) and we'll arrange collection at our cost.

For returns other than an Alex or Elliot Light, please call us on 0800 0281890 (Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm) and return the product as new, with your Customer Advice Note enclosed to 15, Faraday Road, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP18 8RY.
