Returns

You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us before dispatch.

If there is a fault with your product or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If your product develops a fault after more than 30 days, it will be covered by our no quibble guarantee (excludes consumable items such as batteries and bulbs).

To return a Light (UK mainland, excl. Northern Ireland), call us on 0800 0281890 (Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm) and we'll arrange collection at our cost.

For other returns, please call us on 0800 0281890 (Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm) and return the product as new, with your Customer Advice Note enclosed to:
