All our High Definition, Alex, Classic, Elliot and Winston lights are guaranteed against mechanical and electrical defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. Faulty products should be notified to a member of the customer service team.

All of our other Floor and Table lights, come with a 2 year guarantee. All Reading Tools carry a 1 year guarantee.

During the guarantee period, Serious Readers will repair or replace the product free of charge provided the fault was not caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or by any modifications made by the purchaser.
