Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the value of the order and whether delivery is to the UK mainland (includes Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland) or overseas. Note that delivery is FREE for orders over £250 (UK mainland).

UK Mainland Deliveries

£0 - £74.99	= £3.95
£75.00 - £249.99	= £5.95
£250+	= FREE

International Deliveries

£0 - £74.99	= £7.99
£75.00 - £129.99	= £14.99
£130.00 - £249.99	= £29.99
£250+	= £49.99

All deliveries are either by post or carrier. The latter will normally require a signature (unless you give us permission to leave with a neighbour). Delivery times Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Although we do everything we can to meet stated delivery times, these may be affected by factors beyond our control & therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us before despatch.

If there is a fault with your product or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If your product develops a fault after more than 30 days, it will be covered by our no quibble guarantee (excludes consumable items such as batteries and bulbs).
