Every year in January, companies achieving 4.4/5 or more for their service rating on Feefo are presented with the Gold Service Award to highlight their commitment to customer service. Serious Readers have been ‘gold standard’ ever since the inception of the award in 2013.

However, this year we’ve gone one step further, attaining the brand new Platinum Service Award, which is only for brands who have achieved the highest standard for customer service across three or more consecutive years.

The real heroes that should take credit for this award are our friendly UK-based customer service team, headed up by manager Helen Fearnley.
